Returns and Exchanges.
I pride myself in everything I make, however, I am human and sometimes there are errors! If there is an error with your order - get in touch so I can send the right thing out! If your item arrives damaged - then get in touch for a refund or exchange.
If your time is just not quite what you had in mind, get in touch within 7 days of it arriving with you for an exchange. Please note that in this instance, it must be an exchange for something else on the site, it will not be refunded for change of mind.
Personalised items cannot be returned so choose carefully!
For all returns and exchanges, please note that postage will be at your own cost. Refunds for faulty items will not be processed until the item is received back and can be inspected.
Pup and Running takes no responsibility to damage of products during use and these cannot be returned or exchanged.
Postage Policy.
Postage New Zealand wide is $6.00 and all postage is tracked. Items are sent 1 - 3 days after your online purchase. An email notification will be sent out once your items are posted, with a tracking number for you.
Postage to Australia is currentl $20 and all postage is tracked. Items are sent 1 - 3 days after your online purchase and an email notification will be sent out once your items are posted, with a tracking number for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Pup and Running is not responsible for any customs, taxes or duties that may be applied.
Sizing.
Please allow 1 - 2 cm to each item as human error as all items are hand cut and sewn by me, Tash. Make sure you measure and double check before you purchase! If you are unsure, head to the contact us page and send me a message, or flick me a DM on Instagram. I am happy to help.
Privacy and safety.
The Pup and Running website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace provides the platform that allows me to sell my items to you! Your personal information will be held on Squarespace, the payment partners Squarespace uses, as well as the postage system I use and the mailout system I use, should you choose to sign up to the mailing list.
To protect your personal and account information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have rights to access and correct the personal information you provide to us.
